ABOUT ELANA & BELLA HOLISTICS
Hello! My name is Elana Bell. I am a Certified Nutritional Consultant and Healy World Independent Distributor. I’ve pursued the metaphysical arts & holistic lifestyle practices since a nascent age, and enjoy enhancing the human experience with my extra sensory talents and space age wellness tools.
When growing up as a native Californian, I enjoyed association with teachers of ancient traditions, and immersion in the “healthy” lifestyle. As a matter of balance in cultural perspective, I have also spent many years on the east coast (NYC) where I continued learning & practicing Vedic and metaphysical arts. Since 2009, I’ve resided in Chicago, where my connectivity with the local holistic community continues to introduce me to amazing strategies for natural wellbeing.
Prior to immersing myself in the healing arts, I spent much of my high school & college years crafting myself into a modern ballet dancer & choreographer. A life changing injury put a halt to dancing, and thereafter I shifted my movement practice to yoga. The dance world was my signature passion, but ultimately I needed to embrace a lifestyle that was kinder to my body & to my psyche. When training to become a professional dancer, I also studied Pilates and Feldenkrais.
I am forever grateful for the range of incredible things that the world of holistic wellness has made available to me, and strive to share as many life enhancing techniques as possible with my clients.
My varied trainings and holistic technique immersions are detailed below. While I do not actively practice all of the modalities that I’ve been initiated in, I share them that you may gain a sense of the various schools of thought that inform my approach. Formerly I was a Reiki practitioner for many years; currently I am focusing on learning the Healy technology and providing distance consults for nutrition and energy clearing.
